Museum and Tickets

The International Museum and Exhibition of the Prophetic Biography and Islamic Civilization is the largest and most comprehensive in the world in showcasing the complete civilization of the Prophet (peace be upon him), his noble manners, great ethics, and the human values and principles it carries, through the latest display techniques and educational tools.
The museum is overseen by the Muslim World League, and the exclusive operator and executor of the museum is Al-Salam ASC.
It has been witnessed and praised by more than 1000 scholars and religious leaders, and visited by more than twenty heads of state, along with over 300 dignitaries, officials, and distinguished persons from both within and outside the Kingdom, with the total number of visitors to all branches of the museum exceeding 6 million.

  • Friday: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM
  • Saturday: 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM

It is located on the southern side of the Prophet's Mosque, in front of the Noble Rawdah.

A ticket must be booked to enter the museum, and the museum operates with guided tours in nine languages, each with a designated time, as indicated on the ticket page.

The museum showcases the Prophetic biography in the finest details using modern display technologies such as interactive screens, panoramic screens, and interactive 3D models to depict Mecca and Medina during the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him). It also features a display of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) furniture and belongings using hologram technology, culminating with a cinematic presentation. Additionally, the museum includes a gift shop and a special photography corner (photobooth).

The duration of the tour ranges from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the type of ticket.

Entrance ticket: 40 Riyals per person.

It is a remarkable section that showcases the Prophet’s pulpit, a fascinating presentation of Lady Aisha’s (may Allah be pleased with her) chamber, and the Prophet’s Mosque in earlier times.
It requires a separate ticket from the museum visit, priced at 30 Riyals.
A combined ticket for both the museum and the chamber is available at a discounted price of 60 Riyals.
